PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly rotate a rotating drum without causing a vibration of the core and to make the width of the rotating drum capable of being freely set. SOLUTION: A rotor 84 is rotatably and axially supported via a bearing member 82 by the outer periphery of a stator 76 attached to a fixed shaft 72, thereby constructing a stepping motor. Characters or patterns are displayed on the outer peripheral side of the rotor 84. The characters or patterns are rotated and a desired character or pattern can be stopped and displayed. |
