<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a proper progress management by automatically recognizing the actual condition for which an object to be produced made to flow to the post process by a specification before change, when a specification change request is generated to the object to be produced during production. SOLUTION: A center unit 1 is connected through a communication channel 4 to input devices 2-1 to 2-n and display devices 3-1 to 3-n installed in respective processes. Bar code readers 5 provided in the respective input device 2-1 to 2-n are operated by the operator of the respective processes and read a bar code on a production instruction note 8 at the time of staring the operation. Read information is transmitted from the input device 2-1 to 2-n through the communication channel 4 to the center unit 1. In the center unit 1, whether or not the production instruction note 8 corresponding to the process present in a field is the latest one, is confirmed by comparing the read information with the number of times of change and displayed at the display devices 3-1 to 3-n.</p> |
