The wall (18) has a first surface (20) and a second surface (25) substantially perpendicular to the first surface (20). The electrical connection layer (26) has a non-ceramic insulating layer (46) connected to the ground layer (44) and a conductive layer (40) connected to the non-ceramic insulating layer (46).
