<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer material guide device for image forming device that performs satisfactory transfer while preventing, irrespective of the type of a transfer material, an image defect due to void which is apt to occur in the middle of the transfer material. SOLUTION: A handle screw member 3 as a pressing member is pressed to the central part of the transfer material 11 in the direction of the width of the transfer material, loaded onto a transfer material guide member 8 from a feed roller 10. In the case of a transfer material which is thin, the transfer material guide member 8 is pushed up to prevent the central part of the transfer material 11 from curving inward, in the case of a transfer material which is thick, the pressing of the handle screw member 3 is released, and thus good quality transfer is performed while an image defect due to void is prevented from occurring in the transfer material 11 of any type.</p> |
