PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface appearance similar to an embossing work with a simple method without the necessity for performing post-work with embossing rollers or the like. SOLUTION: A thin film is formed in such a manner that thermoplastic resin powder 5 being blended in thermoplastic base material resin 4 and not melted wholly at extrusion forming temperature is passed through the flow passage 6 of a metal piece 1 to be deformed by compression, and it is then formed on the surface of a glass-run 2 by extrusion and, finally, the thin film part is adapted to be a sliding surface 3 of the door glass. |
