PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purifying device using an energy saving and maintenance saving fluidized bed type filtration system. SOLUTION: Maintenance working is facilitated by mounting so as to sink the lower part of plural fluidized bed type filter tanks 1a-1c under water in a water area of an objective lake and marsh and to expose the head part thereof above the water surface and the power consumption necessary for aeration is reduced by allowing a water to be treated supplied to each tank to contact with air to replenish oxygen. And recovering working is saved by storing the purified water in a sedimentation tank to settle a sludge after filtering and transporting the sludge to a sludge pond to solar-dry.
