PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely construct a ceiling in a simple action even in a ceiling panel with a relatively thick heat-insulation material in the construction site. SOLUTION: The female locking part of a connection clamp 3 is pushed into the male locking part at the lower part of a connection bar 2 from the lower side of a ceiling panel 4, while placing the ceiling panel 4 edge on the collar horizontally extending to the right and left sides of the central part of the connection bar 2, to temporarily fix the connection bar 2 and the connection clamp 3 at a specified position. Thereafter, the female locking part of the connection clamp 3 provided with a collar horizontally extending to the right and left directions in the lower part is further pushed into the male locking part of the lower part of the connection bar 2 to hold the ceiling panel 4 in the space formed by the collar of the connection bar 2 and the collar of the lower part of the connection clamp 3.
