<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet aftertreatment device which can discharge sheets without catching them, and also can prevent the breakdown of the sheets loaded on a tray, and an image forming device equipped with it. SOLUTION: A roller guide 34 is attached rotatably, with its bottom pivoted, under a discharge port 50, and this roller guide 34 guides a sheet for discharge to a tray 24. And, this device is so arranged that the sheet S to be discharged does not catch between the roller guide 34 and the discharge roller 32, by retreating the roller guide 34 into the position rearer than the front end of the discharge roller 32 by means of a link 36. Moreover, this is so arranged that the sheets loaded on the tray 24 never abut on the discharge roller 32 by rotating the roller guide 34 into the position in which to form the same face as the lower regulating member 27a, at binding operation.</p> |
