PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely operate a standby control channel as a control channel. SOLUTION: When a fault takes over in an active control channel CCH and a standby control channel SCH1 is idle, a base station 21 immediately selects the standby control channel and when the standby control channel is busy, the base station 21 sends a radio channel interrupt signal to a mobile equipment 11n. Upon the receipt of the radio channel interrupt signal, the mobile equipment 11n releases the standby control channel SCH1 and then the base station 21 replaces the control channel with the standby control channel SCH1 . Furthermore, plural standby control channels SCH1 , SCH1 are reserved in advance and when the 1st standby control channel SCH2 is not released because of a fault or the like or when a disturbing radio wave is generated externally to the standby control channel SCH1 even if the 1st standby control channel SCH1 is released, the base station 21 conducts the processing to use the 2nd standby control channel SCH2 as a new control channel and then selects the channel. |
