PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-static strap for emergency which can be produced by a simple process(es) and gives no mutual contact between adhesive surfaces or performs no attraction of dust caused by electric charge in using. SOLUTION: As for a peelable sheet for a strap for emergency, a laminated film laminated by a metallic layer obtained by vapor depositing a material having comparatively peeling resistance such as Au, Ag, Al., etc., is used. As for the film used in this case, a synthetic resin film made of a polyester is used. A metallic sheet can also be used as a peelable sheet to be laminated, and gold foil, silver foil, copper foil., etc., are usable, and they may be reinforced by backing them with a synthetic resin film. The peelable sheet may be subjected to a mold release process using a silicone mold release agent, etc. The electric resistance on the mold release treatment is preferably 10<11>Ω/a unit area or less is view of anti-static performance.
