PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a irradiation device which disperses with an electromagnet and optical fibers and can detect the return of a heat source holder to a storage component. SOLUTION: A rotor 12 which stores a heat source holder 1 is connected around a pipe 14 whose upper part in connected with a stopper 3 and lower part with a pressure device. The heat source holder 1h is raised at an appropriate speed and is pressed against the stopper 3 by the pressure of a pressurizer 2 controlled by a central processing unit. After calibrating, the adjustment of the pressure of the pressurizer 2 to the atmospheric pressure leads the source holder 1h to the gravity drop, and the central processing unit judges the return of the source holder 1 with pressure values shown by a pressure reducing device 4 and a pressure gauge 5.
