PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manufacture a molding having excellent fusion bonding and uniform density in a short molding cycle by forcibly discharging a heating medium from the interior of discharge side when the heating medium is supplied to the interior of male or female mold discharged from the other. SOLUTION: After polyolefin resin foam particles 17 are charged in a cavity 3 formed by closing a male mold 1 and a female mold 2, heating medium is supplied to the mold 1, sequentially introduced to a male mold chamber 4, the cavity 3, a female mold chamber 5 to heat the molds 1, 2. The medium is forcibly discharged from the chamber 5 by a condenser 15 and a pressure reducing pump 16 via heating medium discharging conduits 9, 10. The medium is reversely suppled as required, fed to the chamber 5, the cavity 3 and the chamber 4, and forcibly discharged from the chamber 4. Accordingly, the moving amount of the medium is increased, the heating of the molding can be made uniform, and the molding in the mold having excellent fusion bonding and uniform density can be obtained. |
