CAR BODY STRUCTURE OF INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a step and utilize a top face of the step for the purpose other than the step in an industrial vehicle provided with the long step. SOLUTION: In a car body structure of an industrial vehicle in which a tank 2 which uses a top face thereof as a step between a front fender 5 and a rear fender 6 on both sides of a car body is provided and a step 7 for getting on and off is provided in a lower section than the tank 2 and on more outside than an outer face of tha tank 2 on a lower side between the front fender 5 and the rear fender 6, two ribs 9 like plates which face longitudinal direction are arranged opposingly across a predetermined interval in the middle of a top face in the forward and backward directions of the step 7 and are joined by welding on the top face of the step 7 and the outer face and a bottom face of the tank 2 to reinforce the step 7. Moreover, a tool box 10 is provided on the top face of the step which is partitioned by the ribs 9, and a lid plate on a top face of the tool box 10 which can be opened and closed freely is used as an intermediate step between the step 7 and the top face of the tank 2.
