PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability for a user by enabling both live videos and a stored still picture or moving picture to be used. SOLUTION: A video camera station 2 has a memory means for one or several frames inside and stores the memory means with the video signal inputted over a video channel V1 by one or several frames according to the control data from a personal computer 3. Then the personal computer 3 transmits various control data to the video camera station 2 over a data channel D2. The video station 2 interprets the control data and changes its operation or transmits the control data to the video camera 1 to control its operation. The video signal inputted over the video channel V2 is live videos and the video signal inputted over the data channel D2 is still picture data. Thus, both the live videos and still picture data can be used.
