On the upper end of the reinforcement frame(13), an upper strut(5a) is welded, on the lower end, one side is welded up and down. The other part of the upper strut(5a) is locked to the upper end of the supporting frame, a bracket(17) is fixed between the supporting frame(14), on both side of this bracket(17), a flange(17a) is bent to be welded with the side of the supporting frame(14). The plate of the upper and lower stay(5b) is double bent to the Z shape and acts a role of a spring. And the free end of the stay is connected to the bracket(17) which closes the opening of the supporting frame(14) so, it has an elastic force in there. At the time of collision, therefore the shock is absorbed first hand by the bumper and the second hand by the lower stay like a spring.
