The device for charging and extracting a detonator, comprises: a driving gear rotatably secured on a blocker; an inciting block having a rack moved forwardly and backwardly by the rotation of the driving gear, at the lower end thereof; a rack shaft having a rack gear(1) tooth-engaged with the rear end of the driving gear and a rack gear(2) tooth-engaged with the side end thereof; a manual handle coupled on a shaft having a gear tooth-engaged with the rack gear(2) on the other side thereof at the rear end portion of a cannon breech for selectively rotating the shaft; a stopper mounted on the end portion of the manual handle for selectively stopping the rotation of the manual handle; and a fixed member formed to ascend the rack shaft.
