PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To linearize an actuator having hysteresis based on the information of current status amount of actuator and to realize highly accurate positioning by providing linear feedback compensation. SOLUTION: The controller controls an actuator having hysteresis in the relationship between input and output. The controller comprises a resistive heater 3 for varying the input to an actuator 1, a strain gauge 2 for measuring the output from the actuator 1, and an adding section 6 for receiving a command input signal 7 to the resistive heater 3 and an output signal from the strain gauge 2 to operate an input signal to the resistive heater 3, wherein the command input signal and the input signal are in-phase while the command input signal and the output signal have a linear relationship. |
