PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor of high durability free from the wear and damage of the photoreceptor in a process of repeatedly forming an image even in the case of using cleaning blades in combination, to provide an electrophotographic device using this electrophotographic photoreceptor and to provide a device unit which is rapidly and easily interchangeable. SOLUTION: As for the electrophotographic photoreceptor provided with a photosensitive layer 6 on a conductive supporting body 1, the Kinetic friction coefficient of the photosensitive body surface with reference to the cleaning blade after an image forming process is repeated 5000 times and the Kinetic friction coefficient of the surface before the image forming process satisfy the following relation;μ5000 /μS>=1.1, whereμ5000 denotes the Kinetic friction coefficient after the image forming process is repeated 5000 times, andμS denotes the Kinetic friction coefficient before the image forming process, where,μS=0.01 to 1.0.
