RESIN COMPOSITION EXCELLENT IN COATING PROPERTY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject resin composition good in adhesion of films without requiring the surface treatment such as degreasing and washing with a halogen-based organic solvent, primer coating or plasma irradiation. SOLUTION: This resin composition excellent in coating properties comprises (d) 0.1-5 pts.wt. acrylamide having epoxy group in 100 pts.wt. resin component comprising (a) 35-80wt.% propylene homopolymer or propylene-ethylene copolymer, (b) 10-45wt.% ethylene-α-olefin copolyrher rubber (with the proviso that ethylene is not included) and (c) 0-20wt.% inorganic filter.
