<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of a pipe, and to eliminate the wastefulness of the margin part of the pipe, by covering the terminal parts of plural lines of pipes with a sandproof and waterproof bag, and filling a sediment thereover so as to bury tentatively, when plural lines of pipes bundled by nozzle stubs are piped and buried in a piping groove. SOLUTION: To the terminals of protective pipes 1 in which cables are housed, and bundled by nozzle stubs 5 and 6, plugs are installed through coupling collars 9 and plastic sheets. After that, the terminal parts of the protective pipes 1 are covered by a sandproof and waterproof bag 12 in the lump, and they are fastened by wires 13, ropes, belts, cords, or the like. And the protective pipes 1 are superposed by the unit of the nozzle stub, for example, and piped in piping grooves 7, and buried by a sediment 8.
