<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in fluidity or MF without deteriorating HOT and odor by polymerizing a radical polymerizable monomer using a radical polymerization initiator and a specified radical polymerizing chain-transfer agent. SOLUTION: A toner binder resin compound is a mixture of two types or more resins of which molecular weight distributions are different from each other. Also at least one of it can be obtained by the polymerization of radical polymerizable monomer using a radical polymerization initiator and the radical polymerizing chain-transfer agent shown in the formula. In the formula, Q represent a polyorganic group, X<1> represents carbonyl group or-CONH-, A<1> and A<2> represent the alkylene group of 1 to 8 in carbon number, X<2> represents oxygen atom, sulfur atom, or NH group, Z represents chain-transfer group p, q, r, and x represents 0 or 1, respectively, m represents the integer of 1 to 50, and n represents the integer of 2 to 100.
