PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a colored photosensitive composition capable of efficiently etching even with a weak alkaline etchant and obtaining a filter film excellent in adhesion on a transparent substrate by in corpoloting a binder composed of a prescribed copolymer. SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive composition contains a polyfunctional acrylate monomer, a binder composed of a copolymer of an unsaturated organic acid compound, an unsaturated organic acid ester compound and an unsaturated organic acid hydroxy ester, a photopolymerization initiator and a pigment. The unsaturated organic acid compound is preferably acrylic acid or methacylic acid. The unsaturated organic acid ester compound is preferably methyl acrylate, benzyl methacrylate or the like. The unsaturated organic acid hydroxy ester compound is preferably 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, 2-hydroxypropyl metharylate or the like.
