PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To amplitude a reflection signal without being affected by the saturation of an amplifier even when timings of inner reflection by an acoustic lens and reflection by a specimen are close to each other. SOLUTION: The title device comprises a transmission means 1 that outputs a transmission burst signal consisting of a high frequency burst wave and ultrasonic transmission/reception means 2, 4, 5 that converts the transmission burst signal to an ultrasonic wave by the electric sound conversion to enter it to a specimen 6 and receives the reflection wave from the specimen 6 to output an electric reception signal. It further comprises an abstracting means 3 that abstracts a target signal component from the reception signal, a high pass filter 9 that takes out a high frequency from the abstraction signal, an amplifier 10 that amplifies the signal outputted from the high pass filter 9, a memory means 13 that stores information on an intensity or a position of the signal outputted from the amplifier 10 and a scanning means 16 that scans the ultrasonic wave on the specimen in two-dimension direction. |
