<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain code constitution capable of matching the constitution of demodulators in both of a mobile station and a base station, to use a spreading code for improving characteristics by synchronization for channels to be synchronized, to prepare plural codes sufficiently corresponding to the number of users, and to easily attain frame synchronization. SOLUTION: An initial value generated from an initial value generator 41 is applied to a user code generator 42. The generator 42 outputs a user code S42 to a counter 43 and a computing element 61 based upon a chip clock CK2. A code number generated from a code number generator 51 is applied to a channel identification(ID) code generator 52. The generator 52 outputs a channel ID code S52 to the computing element 61 based upon the chip clock CK2. The element 61 synthesizes both the codes S42, S52 and outputs a 3rd spreading code S61. A spreading part 13 diffuses user data UD based upon the code S61.</p> |
