PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which may directly connect a cable to an in-line contact without using a converting connector by specifically forming a contact and a housing, in a connector comprised of a plastic housing and conductive contacts mounted in the housing. SOLUTION: A contact 100 is formed from a contact body 110 and a connecting member 120 connecting a cable 300, the connecting part 120 is formed from conductor connection part 130 which electrically connects the conductor 310 of the cable 300, and a cladding fixture 140 which secures insulation clad 320 of the cable 300. The housing 200 is formed by a housing body 210, engaging substance 220 and 230 which engages with the cladding fixture 140 of the contact 100 mounted in the housing. The connector may have a sufficient strength with respect to vibration and protect sufficiently the connecting point from the outside. |
