PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a color filter excellent in pixel precision. SOLUTION: A color filter is produced by successively forming a light- shielding layer and pixels of three primary colors of red, green and blue on a transparent substrate. In this method, the light-shielding layer formed consists of a light-shielding layer in a pixel part which is regularly arranged, and an alignment mark. The alignment mark is preliminarily formed by using a metal film such as chromium having excellent pattern precision, and then the pixel part is produced by lift-off method for a carbon dispersion liquid hazing low reflectance. |
