摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seek an output characteristic containing voltage descent due to a bypass diode by dividing a solar battery into plural areas, conducting light irradiation of one area alone, and measuring an output characteristic by shading the other parts. SOLUTION: An output voltage and output electric current of a solar battery module 1 are detected by means of a voltage detecting means 3 and an electric current detecting means 4, and detected detection values are inputted into a measuring control means 6. The detecting means 3 conducts voltage division of an output end voltage of the module 1 by means of resistance, and converts it into a digital value by means of A/D conversion and delivers it to a control means 6. The means 4 conducts conversion into a desired voltage signal and delivers it to the means 6 as a digital value. At the means 6, control is carried out by means of an action point control means 5 so as to become the desired action point of the module 1, and at the same time the voltage detection value and the electric current detection value are inputted and memorized as digital values, and predetermined operation is conducted, and output characteristics of the solar battery module 1 are calculated, and by synthesizing the calculated output characteristics of respective areas, the whole output characteristics of the module 1 are calculated.
