<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate key operations during the reading of the contents of a recording so as to concentrate on the reading by automatically advancing a repeated reproducing segment. SOLUTION: The device is made to switch among the following three modes. First, in a normal reproducing mode, one recording region in a voice data memory 1 is reproduced once by the key operation of an operation panel 9. Second, in a first repeated reproducing mode, signal reproducing is repeated while advancing the repeated reproducing starting point and its stop point for every constant time. Third, in a second repeated reproducing mode, the repeated reproducing starting point and its stop point are fixed and signal reproducing is repeated. Note that the repeated reproducing start points in the first and the second repeated reproducing modes are set by the operation of a point A specifying key on the panel 9 and the stop points are set by the operation of a point B specifying key. The set reproducing start and stop points are written in the RAM of a microcomputer 8 as timing information corresponding to the absolute addresses in the memory 1.</p> |
