<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out an insertion work under an active tube condition by providing a circular sealing member which permits a direct passage for the base end side portion of a cylindrical filament body, and an indirect passage for the base end side portion of a flexible cable, or permits a direct passage under a sealed condition, and providing the aforesaid circular sealing member in such a way as to be freely mounted to/demounted from the base end side opening of a conduit tube. SOLUTION: When insertion work of an inserted article is also carried out, a base end side portion of a cylindrical filament body 1 is brought into an internal external non-aeration condition because of an existence of a covering layer, and a base end part of the cylindrical filament body 1 is brought into a sealed condition with a blocking part 4 provided. It is so designed that the installation of the circular sealing member 5 in a base end side opening P2 of a conduit tube P enables the base end portion of the cylindrical filament body 1 to pass through the base end side opening of a conduit tube P while a sealing condition is being kept. Therefore, in order for the tip end of the cylindrical filament body 1 to easily pass through a bent part P1, the base end side portion of the cylindrical filament body 1 composed of a coil spring, is made possible to pass through the base end side opening of the conduit tube P while a sealing condition is being left as is, and the insertion work of an inserted article A can thereby be practically carried out while the conduit tube P is left as is in an active tube condition.</p> |
