PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam synthesizer synthesizing laser beams from many semiconductor laser beam sources highly efficiently and without causing the degradation of beam converging property. SOLUTION: One laser beam 14d is reflected on a mirror 13d and plural circular laser beams whose progress directions and center axes are common with the laser beam are synthesized around the lase bean 14d by using beam diameter converters 12a-12c and opening mirrors 13a-13c. The opening mirror 13c has an opening part coinciding with the beam diameter of the laser beam 14d, the opening mirror 13b has an opening part coinciding with the beam diameter of the laser beam 15c and the opening mirror 31a has an opening part coinciding with the beam diameter of the laser beam 15b. The circular laser beams can be also generated by one pair of conical mirrors or a conical lens. |
