PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which improves safety for toner leakage when toner is supplied. SOLUTION: A shutter 311 which is energized by a spring 313 and can turn around a shaft 312 freely is provided in a toner vessel 30. When the toner vessel 30 is moved in the arrow A direction, a slope section 401a at a tip of a developing counter 40 comes into contact with a tip section 316 of the shutter 311, and the shutter 311 is opened so that toner is supplied into the developing counter 40 through a supply port 31 of the toner vessel 30. Accordingly, when the toner vessel 30 is pulled out in the direction opposite to the arrow A direction to supply toner into the toner vessel 30, the supply port 31 is blocked by the shutter 311. At this time, a screw 33 is driven, and toner is compressed and coagulated in the vicinity of the supply port 31. Consequently, even if the toner vessel 30 is moved in the A direction and the shutter 311 is opened, toner does not leak. |
