PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilating fan fixing structure capable of being easily installed without opening a hole in a foundation. SOLUTION: The underfloor ventilating fan fixing structure comprises a communicating opening 80 for communicating the outdoor side of the foundation 90 of the outer wall lower part of a building with the underfloor side, an underfloor ventilating fan 10 for ventilating the underfloor by forcibly moving the air between the outdoor side and the underfloor side in the opening 80, sandwiching means 20 so formed as to be sandwiched between the foundation 90 of the periphery of the outdoor side opening surface opened at the outdoor side of the opening 80 and the foundation 90 of the periphery of the underfloor side opening surface opened at the underfloor side via the opening 80, and fixing means 60 for fixing the fan 10 to the means 20. |
