PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify which parts of a picture is indicated without lowering the resolution of the picture for which data are photographed and to improve operability at the time of making an explanation. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a division encoding means 2 for dividing the pictures of a photographing area into plural areas and encoding them, a transmission means 3 and a reception means 4 for transmitting and receiving encoded picture data, a division decoding means 5 for decoding the received picture data for respective divided areas and a synthesis means 6 for synthesizing one piece of the picture data from the picture data decoded for the respective divided areas. By providing art indication means for indicating an optional position in the data and photographing the picture of the photographing area, the indication information is included in the picture data and surely transmitted to a reception side no matter what kind of indication is made. Also, by performing encoding and decoding for the respective plural areas for which the photographing area is divided and compositing the respective pictures thereafter, the appearent resolution is improved corresponding to the number of division. |
