<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a damaged diaphragm by installing heat insulating mats around the connecting part of a pipe capable of being extended/contacted in such a way that one end of one may is mounted to a movable side, and the other end of the other mat is mounted at a fixed side, and furthermore, enclosing the circumference of the heat insulating mats by fabric like bellows. SOLUTION: A heat insulation sealing device 1 is made up of paired tubular mats 2 and 3 adiabatically sheathing one steam pipe A, and of fabric like bellows 4. The heat insulating mats 2 and 3 are fitted in around the steam pipe A so as to be slidably installed. Fabric like bellows 4 is provided in such a way as to enclose the outer circumferential of the insulating mats 2 and 3. Each heat insulating mat is so formed that heat insulating felt material such as ceramic felt and the like is sheathed by a heat insulating member such as ceramic cloth and the like. The bellows 4 is formed out of heat insulating fabric such as cornex silicon and the like. The heat insulating 2 is mounted on the steam pipe A so as to form it to a movable side and the insulating mat 3 is mounted on a casing 6 so as to form it to a fixed side.</p> |
