PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to multiply and uniformize toner layers on a developing roller in a stable manner, by atomizing magnetic pole pitches of a magnetic field generating layer in order to lower a linear speed ratio of the developing roller relative to a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: Toner layers are multiplied by relaxing appropriately restriction capability on toner layer thickness rather than in a case where a tip end edge is in use, by causing a bend part 55, which is formed on the tip end side of a toner restricting means 54 comprizing a thin board material having elasticity, to come into elastic contact with a surface of a developing roller 49 with flexibility, being equipped with an elastic body layer 51 and a magnetic field generating layer 52 having atomized pole pitches, and there is no harm in lowering a linear speed ratio of the developing roller 49 relative to a photoreceptor 32. |
