PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a gray shade stencil with higher quality by extending a grid up to an end of a pattern continuously and locating the patterns adjacent to each other. SOLUTION: A grid is arranged so that a mesh cross point 30 of the grid net is in matching with a corner point 32 at the lower left position of an additional image 14. Other adjacent mesh cross point 34 is obtained new an end point 33 at the upper left point of the additional image 14. Furthermore, a line in a direction of tying a corner point 32 with the grid net mesh cross point 34 has an angle dϕwith respect to the left end of the additional image 14. Thus, the grid mesh cross point 34 is accurately located to the left end by turning the grid by the angle dϕ. Then the grid is magnified or reduced so that the grid mesh cross point 34 is in matching with the corner point 33. Thus, correct matching of the grid at an adjacent point 36 is realized by the grid located at the same position at all adjacent points 36 at the same time. Thus, the grid is continuously extended up to an end of a pattern and patterns are located adjacent to each other. |
