PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the decoding accuracy of waveform data in a waveform processing unit interleaving the waveform data received in time series and filing the resulting data. SOLUTION: An interpolation circuit 15 applies interpolation processing to basic data 141 from an interleaving circuit 14. An error detection circuit 16 obtains an error between the obtained interpolation data 151 and delayed data 131 and a comparator 17 compares the error with a threshold level. When the absolute value of the error is larger than the threshold level, a correction data generating circuit 19 generates correction data based on error data and time information 181. A file device 20 files the basic data and the correction data. The decoding is obtained by correcting the interpolation data 211 from the interpolation circuit 21 through the use of the correction data. |
