PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily execute an optimum countermeasure when a detection error has been generated. SOLUTION: The image recognizing device has a controller 20 for comparing a matching rate with a success/failure level and comparing the matching rate with an alarm level, a matching rate storage part 24 for storing the matching rate based on the compared result of the controller 20, and an alarm display part 26 for generating an alarm based on the compared result of the controller 20. In the case of matching rate < success/failure level as a result of comparison among the matching rate, success/failure level and alarm level, the alarm showing such a state is generated on the alarm display part by the controller 20 but in the case of success/failure level < matching rate <= alarm level as a result of comparison among the matching rate, success/failure level and alarm level, the controller stores the matching rate at such a time in the matching rate storage part and generates the alarm showing such a state on the alarm display part. |
