PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse lead sulfate to manufacture a negative electrode plate of a lead-acid battery by showering dilute sulfuric acid on an electrode plate obtained by filling paste in a lattice body, and throwing generated lead sulfate sludge into a kneading machine for the negative electrode plate. SOLUTION: Lead powder, industrial water and next, sulfuric acid are thrown into a kneading machine 1, and these are adjusted, and are kneaded together, and obtained paste is filled in a lattice body in a filling process. An obtained plate is carried by a conveyor 3 in a filling line 2, and surface treatment is performed by showering dilute sulfuric acid by a shower means 4. In a manufacturing method of the plate for a lead-acid battery, after sludge 11 mainly composed of lead sulfate generated by showering of the dilute sulfuric acid is received by a vessel 10, it is recovered to a recovering vessel 15. Here, dilute sulfuric acid 6 is separated into a dilute sulfuric acid vessel 5, and the sludge 11 turned into the high concentration is transferred to a measuring vessel 19. Here, dilution water is added to the sludge 11, and after specific gravity is adjusted, it is supplied a prescribed quantity by a prescribed quantity to the kneading machine 1 through a kneading machine supply vessel 30, and is reused to manufacture a negative electrode plate. |
