<p>The bracket consists of a fixing member (3) attached to the walking stick (1) e.g. by a collar (4), and a body (2) which is connected to the fixing member and has two pivoted and spring-loaded arms (5) which act as a clamp. The body is made from two trapezoid plates connected by a square flat base set between projecting edges on the fixing member and attached to it by a spring-loaded pivot which allows the body to be set in two positions relative to the fixing lying at 90 degrees to one another. This allows the walking stick to be attached temporarily to vertical or horizontal supporting objects.</p> |
