The machine has a height-adjustment bar (4) which is in two parts. A bottom spring-loaded part (4") is detachably connected by a hooked emergency release element to a top part (4'). The housing has a locking mechanism (10) for blocking at least one of the lowered running-wheels (5). The parts of the height-adjustment bar are mounted in a guide sleeve (11) in the connecting part. The emergency release element is detachably joined to part of the height adjustment bar by a fastening element in the form of a supporting ring open on one side, connected to a release cord.
