PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a malfunction when an active material is not applied in a uniform thickess to both surfaces of a base material to function as a current collecting body and a core material in a lithium secondary battery plate. SOLUTION: A metallic porous sheet having a large number of micropores is used as a base material, and is constituted so as to move a lithium ion between active materials on both the obverse and reverse through the micropores. The micropores are opened in both surfaces, and are penetrated in a three- dimensional structure on the inside. To put it concretely, conductive metallic layers are arranged on both surfaces of a metallic fiber sheet 11 by fusing, plating or evaporating porous metallic foil 12A and 12B.
