PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation of speed and vibration by superposing a signal for compensating the variation of thrust at a joint on a thrust command signal when the primary side passes through the joint (seam) of secondary conductor and controlling the thrust of motor based on the superposed signal thereby compensating for the lowering of thrust. SOLUTION: The difference ΔV between a speed command signal V* from a speed commander 51 and an output signal V from a speed detector 52 is inputted to a speed controller 53. In response to the difference ΔV, the speed controller 53 produces a thrust command signal T* for linear motor. On the other hand, an compensator 54 operates a signal Tc for compensating the reduction of motor thrust when the primary side 11 passes through a secondary joint (seam) 12a. The compensator 54 delivers an output signal to an adder 55 which adds the output signals T*, Tc from the speed controller 53 and compensator 54 and delivers an output signal to a current controller 56 thus controlling the current flowing through the linear motor. |
