<p>Conditioning process, in particular for bottles of "grands crus" wines, consisting of, after opening the bottle (2) which is to be reconditioned, doing a preliminary test for the organoleptic qualities of the wine it contains, then connecting the chosen bottle (2) to a source of inert gas (9) and at least one individual container (4) of reduced volume also held with an inert atmosphere, transferring a fraction of the wine from the bottle to the individual container and the hermetically sealing the container after it has been filled. Device to carry out the above process, comprising a conditioning bank for the automatic transfer of the containers in the vertical position from a filling station to a sealing station, a flexible connection linking the bottle of wine to the inert gas source and a second flexible connection linking the bottle to at least one individual container via a pump. Another flexible connection links the container to a second source of inert gas. Container for the conditioning of "grands crus" wines in the form of an ampoule where the upper inlet end is sealed after filling and covered with a cork.</p> |
