PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a wire harness having a bend section and suitable for space saving at a low cost. SOLUTION: This bend forming jig 11 for a wire harness is provided with a storage section 12a inserted with an electric wire group 16 wound with a heat shrinkage sheet 17 on the outer periphery. The storage section 12a is bent at the required angle in the longitudinal direction, and heating wires 18, 19 heating the storage section 12a are buried on the inner circumferential side of bend sections 14, 15. The heating wires 18, 19 heat the heat contraction sheet 17 at the shrinkage temperature or above of the heat shrinkage sheet 17 and at the heatproof temperature or below of the electric wires, and the electric wire group is held at the bent state by the shrunk heat shrinkage sheet 17. |
