PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the labor by greatly rationalizing an information transmission system for indication confirmation between a doctor and nurses and to improve the content precision of transmitted information. SOLUTION: A patient data base 12 stores basic information related to patients and order information including examinations, prescriptions, treatments and their execution dates, patient by patient. An output control library 13 stores attached information required to execute orders regarding the order information. A work sheet generation part 14 reads the basic information and order information out of the patient data base 12, patient by patient, and generates a work sheet for information transmission between the doctor and nurses wherein indication information generated by arranging future order information compared with the current point in time series and adding the attached information corresponding to the order information from the output control library 13 to the order information, execution history information consisting of past order information with regard to the current point of time, and the basic information are described. |
