PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable multipurpose use by providing a function which can perform not only transaction processing, but also edit various data by using data of a user used for the transaction processing. SOLUTION: When a transaction start button displayed on a CRT 13 is pressed first, a transaction is started according to the pushed transaction button. Then the CRT 13 displays a guide screen for the registration of persons for volunteer activity by utilizing the wait time up to the end of the transaction. On this guide screen, a guidance for participation in the volunteer activity, the date and time, contents, and place, a button for registering the participation in the volunteer activity, and a button for nonregistration are displayed. When the button for participation is pressed, the transaction processor 11 communicates with a host computer 21, receives data required for communication such as the name, address, etc., of the account information on the user stored in a storage device 22, and registers the data on the user in a volunteer activity participation list. |
