PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calibrate the output timing of a correlation waveform and a trigger signal without requiring operator's frequency dividing ratio changing operation. SOLUTION: In this synchronizing circuit provided in a reception part 20 of a device in which an RF signal subjected to spread spectrum is reversible diffused by the sliding correlation of a factor K to extract a correlation waveform, a trigger signal TRG obtained by frequency-dividing a synchronizing signal PNSYN2 of a signal PN2 is synchronized with the correlation waveform. The circuit is provided with an AND circuit 33 for extracting a set signal SET from AND between the synchronizing signals of both the transmission and reception sides, a frequency dividing means 32 for dividing the frequency of the signal PNSYN2 into 1/K to output a signal TRG, and dividing the frequency after changing the frequency dividing ratio to output the signal TRG only at the time or input-ting a frequency dividing ratio changing signal, and a frequency dividing ratio changing signal outputting means 34 for outputting the frequency dividing ratio changing signal when the signals SET, TRG are inputted, then the input timing of both the signals is noncoincidence. |
