PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for collecting the manhours of notebook type information processor use which is accurate and easy to use. SOLUTION: When the manhours 8d of a plurality of categories S1-Sn of business are collected, a computer 1 edits tables 8e and 8f of operation places and operation contents of the respective categories Si and report formats 8 of manhours 8d by operation place and operation content combinations 8c. A notebook type information processor 20 provided with a memory 25, a display, a fixed panel, and a touch type input means 26 is assigned to each category Si. To the notebook type information processor 20 of each category Si, the report format 8 and tables 8e and 8f of the category Si are transferred from the computer 1. On a touch basis which uses no keys, manhours 8d are inputted by the categories Si to the notebook type information processors 20 according to the report formats 8. The inputted manhours 8d are transferred to the computer 1 according to the report formats 8 and the computer 1 totalizes the manhours 8d of the respective categories S1-Sn of business. A communication line or an IC memory card is usable for the transfer between the computer 1 and notebook type information processors 20. |
