PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat planar display panel capable of improving a display grade by making the response speed of liquid crystals uniform within a display screen and embodying the increase in the size of the screen of the flat planar display panel and the enhancement of its fineness which are recent demands. SOLUTION: An intermediate layer 5 is formed by disposing metallic layers 23 consisting of Cr, etc., formed in correspondence to respective upper electrodes 12 as materials and resin layers 24 consisting of carbon-dispersed resins formed on these metallic layers 23 on a second substrate 22. Color filter layers 25 consisting of R colored layers 31, G colored layers 32 and B colored layers 33 are constituted by successively embedding these layers by each of the respectively colored layers and are electrically connected to the upper electrodes 12 to which the respective resin layers 24 correspond, by which the upper electrodes 12 and the metallic layers 23 are conducted. |
